Who we are
This website (compliancerp.com) is operated by PRB Consulting to present ICMS, the Intelligent Compliance Management Solution. Questions about this notice: info@prbconsulting.in.
What we collect (only if you accept)
- Usage analytics (self-hosted Matomo): pages viewed, referrer, device, browser, operating system, screen size, IP address and approximate location.
- Session recordings (rrweb): a replay of your interactions — mouse movement, scrolling, clicks and the pages you visit. Anything you type into a form is masked and never recorded.
- Click heatmaps: the coordinates of clicks on each page, aggregated to show where visitors interact.
Cookies & local storage
We store your consent choice and a temporary session identifier (used only to group one visit's recording) in your browser. We use no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Why, and the legal basis
We use this data solely to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We rely on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). You may decline — declining stops all analytics and recording, and the site works exactly the same.
Where your data goes
Everything is stored on our own servers (self-hosted Matomo and our own database). We do not sell it or share it with advertisers or third-party analytics providers.
How long we keep it
Session recordings and heatmap data are automatically deleted after 14 days. Aggregate analytics (counts and trends) may be retained longer.

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time using the button below. To request access to, or deletion of, your data, email info@prbconsulting.in.
